Adega Vinho is a family-owned winery in Stonewall, Texas, born from founder Andrew Bilger's thirty-year dream. The estate features a 14.5-acre vineyard, a tasting room with mid-century/industrial vibes, and a full production facility and fermentation center. The Bilger Family is dedicated to sustainable vineyard farming practices and producing high-quality Texas Hill Country wines. Co-founders Michael & Elena Bilger oversee operations at this pastoral and historic location. The winery offers tastings, tours by appointment, events, and a Founders Club wine membership.
