Airport Diner

The Airport Diner is a classic 1940s diner, located next door to the Hangar Hotel and immediately adjacent to the Gillespie County Airport aircraft parking ramp. From the booths, you can watch airplanes and other aircraft come and go while enjoying great sandwiches, breakfast any time they're open, and daily blue plate specials. The vintage Diner offers a unique atmosphere to relax and enjoy a good meal while reliving the past. They serve classic breakfast favorites like pancakes and omelets as well as popular lunch options such as salads, wraps and sandwiches. Their famous shakes and malts are prepared with locally made ice cream.
