Uvalde, TX born-and-bred Lance and his 'Queen-of-Sides' wife, Boo, bring Central Texas Style Barbecue with a mesquite smoke twist, slow smoking only prime meats on offset smokers. Boo's Korean heritage inspires menu items that give the taste of the East mixed with Texas goodness. Starting from cooking for friends to a Houston food truck, they made the leap to open their brick and mortar in Fredericksburg in 2020.
