Invention Vineyards

Heath Family Brands brings modern innovation to this historical landmark, one of the largest vineyards in the Texas Hill Country with 35 acres, a full production winery and tasting room. Located only 5 minutes from Main Street in downtown Fredericksburg. The property sits on the site where Carl Hilmar Guenther established a mill on the Texas frontier in 1851, which grew into Pioneer Family Mills. The historic stone buildings near the entry were part of the original family mill. Offering classic wine tastings and sparkling winery tours featuring Heath Sparkling Wines and Invention Vineyards estate wines.
