Siboney Cellars

A Johnson City winery located four miles west of town, featuring a beautiful tasting room with commanding views. Founded by Miguel and Barbara Lecuona, Siboney offers classic wine tastings, estate tours, and unique Thursday Twilight experiences with bottle service, music, cigars, and culinary pairings. Barbara Lecuona, who completed the Viticulture & Oenology program at Texas Tech and advanced winemaking studies in Bordeaux, has run wine operations since the first vintage in 2017.
